Hopkins had not added the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine package insert to their site yet, but it is on the FDA site (sorta) tucked into the list of info, but not tagged anywhere as a Vaccine Package Insert, I guess because it does not have FDA approval thus can’t be called that? Who knows. They are calling them “Fact Sheets.”
The Pfizer one is called, “12/20201 FACT SHEET FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS ADMINISTERING VACCINE (VACCINATION PROVIDERS) EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION (EUA) OFTHE PFIZER-BIOTECH COVID-19 VACCINE TO PREVENT CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)”
Additionally, it has already been updated so the initial versions can be found here. As always, PLEASE download and archive them so that old versions don’t go down the rabbit hole.
pfizer_vaxsheet updated 12.20 [we have provided the December version here]
So below is the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine Not Vaccine Package Insert, and the Moderna “Fact Sheet” is here:
